Hi, I'm Yvonne!

I'm Yvonne Fall (she/her),  a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts. I'm passionate about helping teens and adults heal their relationships with food and body, build self-esteem, and overcome difficult experiences while fostering a sense of connection and self-compassion.

I have experience treating eating disorders at multiple levels of care and have worked with a wide variety of co-occurring symptoms, including depression, anxiety, stressful life transitions, and more.

I value building meaningful, collaborative connections with my clients and provide a compassionate, judgement-free place where they can feel comfortable being open and honest about what has brought them to therapy.

I love being a therapist, but balance is vital! In my personal life, I enjoy showering my dog, Cleo, with affection, reading, trying new foods, strength training, and spending as much time in nature as possible.

Therapeutic modalities & approach

Updated January 2024: I am not able to take on new clients at this time.

My clinical practice is grounded in the belief that each individual holds the inherent intelligence and wisdom necessary for change. I view that my role as a therapist is to create a safe atmosphere that supports your natural impetus to grow and evolve. I am a Health at Every Size (HAES) oriented practitioner and am aligned with the values of weight inclusivity and respectful care.

In our work together, we can identify your most pressing concerns while exploring ways you can feel empowered to resolve them. While I use a variety of empirically validated modalities, such as CBT, CPT, and DBT,  I offer a holistic approach that includes somatic, emotional, and cognitive processing and integration.  My work is deeply rooted in the belief that the mind, body, and spirit are not only intertwined, but inseparable when it comes to healing.

My approach is empathic, relational, strength-based, and collaborative. Clients have described me as warm, energetic, and curious. I value bringing my own authenticity, humanity, and humor to my time with clients.
