Individual therapy
Individual therapy sessions provide 55 minutes of dedicated support, tailored to your unique needs and goals. This is a space where no topic is off-limits, offering a safe and inclusive environment for exploration and growth. I welcome individuals of all genders, ages 16 and older, who are seeking to enhance their mental well-being and overall quality of life.

Insurance & Fees
The fee for individual therapy is $150 per session.
A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available based on financial need.

Harvard Pilgrim
United Health Care
Some PPO insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network services. Please contact your insurance company directly to determine if you have out-of-network benefits; if eligible, Heart Space will provide you a receipt that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
